Can I skip a renewal?

Absolutely! Whether you’ve already got plenty of nappies stocked up or you're heading on holiday, you can skip a renewal anytime.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Log into your account
2. Go to ‘Your Subscription’
3. Click ‘View full details’ next to the subscription you want to pause
4. Scroll past your shipping and billing info
5. Click the ‘Skip next renewal’ button

Your next delivery will move back based on your usual schedule. So, if you normally get a bundle every 4 weeks, your next one will now arrive 4 weeks after the original date.
