Why can my account not be found when I try to log in?

This can sometimes happen if you checked out as a guest whilst signing up for your subscription. 


Activating your account should solve the issue - here’s how to do it:


  1. Find the activation email we sent when you first signed up; the link is valid for 24 hours
  2. Click the activation link
  3. Follow the instructions


If you don’t have a valid link, please get in touch at chat@kintandkin.com, and we’ll send you another email.
