Can I amend my next renewal date?

Yes, you can! Your first subscription order is placed when you sign up, but after that, you’re free to adjust your renewal date to whatever works best for you.

Here’s how:

1. Log into your account
2. Go to ‘Your Subscription’
3. Click ‘Change next renewal’ for the subscription you want to update
4. Choose the date that suits you
5. Tap ‘Save’

Your next order will now arrive on your chosen date. Please note that this will also change your renewal cycle - your frequency will stay the same, but your renewal date will change. 

Once your order has been processed, it’ll take 3-5 working days to arrive.
