Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course, you can cancel your subscription any time. 

Going away on holiday, or just have too many nappies or wipes? It’s actually easier to skip your renewal - and you can do this as many times as you like. 

If you do decide to cancel, here’s how to do it: 

1. Go to your subscription 
2. Scroll down to your list of orders, underneath ‘Shipping method’
3. Click ‘Cancel subscription’
4. Select your cancellation reason 
5. Click ‘Save reason and cancel subscription’
