I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received any points for it. Is there something else I need to do?

Here are a few things to check to make sure your referral rewards come through:

Your friend must be a first-time customer
Their order needs to be over £40
The order must be placed using your referral code
Your referral uses a 3-layer security validation which checks your email and shipping address to confirm it’s a valid, first-time referral.

Once your friend makes a qualifying purchase, you’ll both get your reward. You’ll get an email letting you know when it’s gone through, and you can also see the points added in your Rewards History.
