The ‘Leave a review’ tab is not working? Why?

This could be down to a couple of reasons.

  • You can only leave us a review once you’ve received an email invite from us, which is sent 7 days after your order has been completed. If you’ve not had one yet - sit tight, it’ll be on the way!
  • You may have already left us a review (thank you!), and you’ve already earned your extra reward points for it.
