My delivery hasn't arrived, what can I do?

We understand how frustrating it is when a delivery goes missing. 


If your Kit & Kit package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe (3-5 working days), we recommend taking the following steps:


  • Check delivery status
    Use the tracking information provided by the courier to check the current status of your delivery. Sometimes, delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances in transit.

  • Contact Evri
    Using your tracking number, get in touch directly with Evri, our trusted courier partner. They may have more specific details or be able to assist in locating your package swiftly.

  • Reach out to us
    Evri handles our deliveries, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help. Just make sure you let us know your order is missing within 7 days of your expected delivery date, and we’ll do everything we can to sort it out for you.


To help avoid issues in the future, it’s a good idea to add delivery instructions when you order. You can also choose options like leaving your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place using Evri’s delivery tools.
