What are my delivery options?

We offer three flexible delivery choices to suit your needs:

Next Day Delivery (Evri)
Premium Delivery
Standard Delivery (Evri – 3 to 5 working days)

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 8pm.

Please note: We’re currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

Do I have to wait in all day?

Not at all! Our deliveries take place Monday-Saturday, between 8am-8pm, and if you give us your email address, our courier will be able to keep you up to date with the progress of your parcel. They’ll also give you a 2 hour delivery slot on the day of your delivery.

You can also:

Divert your parcel to a neighbour, safe place, or ParcelShop if you’re out.
Track your order with the tracking number we send once your order has shipped.

*Next day delivery service is not available to all UK postcodes. If you place a next day order before midday Monday – Friday, it will arrive the next day. Any orders placed from Friday afternoon – Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

** For our standard service, if you place an order before midday Monday – Thursday, it will be dispatched the same day for delivery in the next 3-5 days. Any orders placed from Friday – Sunday will arrive by Friday.
