What is your returns policy?

Of course, we want you to be happy with your order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re more than happy to help!


Returns and exchanges 


You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it’s: 

  • Unused 
  • In its original condition 
  • In the original packaging 


Faulty or misdescribed items 


We’ll replace any item that’s faulty or not as described. Just make sure to include: 

  • Proof of purchase 
  • A clear photo showing the fault 


How to return 

  • Fill in our returns form here 
  • Our customer service team will be in touch to take care of the rest 


Please note: returns are free for subscribers. If you're not a subscriber, there's a £4.99 return fee. 


A few important notes… 


Returns must include your order number.


If an item has been mishandled or damaged due to misuse, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund. 


Please contact us before sending anything back. If you do not follow the return process, we will not be able to refund you.
