What’s your returns policy for reusable nappies?

We get that sometimes things don’t work out, and are happy to help if you need to return your reusable nappy.


Changed your mind?


No problem! If your nappy is unopened and unused, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure you’ve got your proof of purchase handy. Simply fill in our returns form here, and we’ll get things sorted.


Tried it on or washed it?


For hygiene reasons, we’re not able to accept returns on nappies that have been opened, washed or tried on, even if they’ve only been used once. 


Think your nappy might be faulty?


If something doesn’t seem right, our friendly customer service team is here to help. We’ll happily investigate if there’s a manufacturing fault. 


Faulty items don’t include:


  • General wear and tear
  • Fit issues
  • Washing or drying damage
  • Leaks or smells
