What’s your returns policy for reusable nappies?

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return your reusable nappies, simply head to our Returns Portal and follow the steps.

Reusable nappies can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on reusable nappies that have been opened, tried on, worn or washed.

Think your nappy might be faulty?

If you believe there may be a fault with your reusable nappy, please start your request through our Returns Portal and provide the requested details. Our Customer Experience team will review everything and let you know what happens next.

Please note, general wear and tear, fit issues, washing or drying damage, leaks and smells are not considered manufacturing faults.
