Can I cancel or amend a subscription order once it’s been created?

Once your subscription has been created or renewed, our team will start packing, packing and dispatching your items. 


This means that we can’t guarantee cancellations or amendments at this point, but if you get in touch with us at chat@kitandkin.com or 0204 5721 490 (Monday to Friday, between 9am and 4pm UK time), we’ll do our best to help.


We’ll always remind you via e-mail 48 hours before your subscription is due to renew. This gives you a chance to update:


  • Your nappy size
  • Products and quantities
  • Your payment details
  • Your delivery address if required
