I have invested in the Kit & Kin campaign via Crowdcube. How do I redeem my reward?

If we gave you a discount code with your investor reward, all you need to do is copy it from the email we sent you, and paste it into your discount code box when you go to check out. 

How to claim your free product

If we also gifted you a free product, here’s how you can claim it: 

• Head to our website and add the product to your basket
• Add any other items you want
• Make sure you use the same email address you used for your investment. As you continue to check out, the system will discount the product to £0.00
• Your discount won’t be applied until you’ve added your code
• Use your investor discount code at checkout
• Finish your checkout, then wait for your products to arrive!

Please note that your free product can’t be claimed within your existing subscription due to technical limitations, so you’ll need to place a separate order to claim.
