How often should I change a reusable nappy?

Modified on Mon, 7 Jul at 4:34 PM

It depends on your baby and what age and stage they’re at, but as a general guide, we recommend changing reusable nappies every 2–4 hours during the day.

You might find you need to change more frequently if:

  • It’s a hot day and your baby is drinking more
  • They’re teething
  • They’re on medication

Just like with disposables, every baby is different, so trust your instincts and check regularly.
