Can I pause additional items?

Yes, you can! You’ve got the flexibility to pause and restart your nappy or wipes subscription, whenever you like. So if you’ve got plenty of extra nappies or wipes, you can hit pause - then bring them back when you need them.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Log into your account
2. Go to your Subscription
3. Select ‘View full details’’
4. Look for the pause button next to any add-on item
5. Pause or reactivate whatever you like
6. Your changes will save automatically

Your items will be paused until you’re ready to receive them again.
