Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

Make sure you were signed into your rewards account before you checked out. If you accidentally used a different email or weren’t logged in, you won’t earn points for that order. If this is the case, get in touch with us at chat@kitandkin.com, and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.


It’s also worth noting that if you return an item or your order gets cancelled, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
